What Can Be Returned

Refund Information
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all returns within South Africa. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
